How do I book a stay?

What is the direct booking offer?
Ask our team about the 10% direct booking offer for your chosen stay. We’ll confirm the applicable rate, conditions and final total before you book.
Are parking and beach access included?
Our Miami Beach building offers free beach access through the pool area. Some apartments also have direct pool access from their terrace. Free valet parking for one car is included. In Orlando, free parking is included.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 4 PM and check-out is before 11 AM. Early arrival or late departure is subject to availability and may incur an extra charge. We’ll do our best to have your apartment ready as soon as possible. If it’s ready before your scheduled check-in time, we’ll let you know so you can arrive early.
Can I cancel or change my reservation?
Cancellation and change conditions depend on the property and the rate you select. Review the terms displayed before booking, or contact us for help with an existing stay.
